By letting go of all stereotypes before starting recruitment and getting to know the ladies of each chapter genuinely!

ASK QUESTIONS

This is a very important part in getting to know the chapters! During the first few days of recruitment, you won't have a lot of time to get the information you may want about the chapter. Asking questions ensures that you have some information to think about after the day's end.

"How do I know what questions to ask?"

During your conversations with the ladies in the house, they may say something that sparks your interest. That is the perfect time to ask a question! Just keep them appropriate.

TAKE NOTES

Making decisions on who you want to preference depends on what you remember. During recruitment, you will visit multiple chapters in one day and may not remember specific details of the chapters for preferencing. Taking notes on the chapter after leaving will ensure you have the best information to make preferencing decisions!

"How do I take notes?"

There are many ways to take notes, but a common way is writing down things that stood out about the chapter!

BE YOURSELF

Making genuine connections is one of the biggest goals of recruitment! Being authentic is the only way to accomplish this goal!

"I'm scared that my nervousness will come off wrong! Will this make recruitment more difficult for me?"

Believe it or not, the ladies within the chapters are just as nervous as you, if not more! As long as you let your personality shine through, you'll leave a lasting impression.
