The whirlwind of going through Recruitment, running to the Phi Hive on bid day, and then joining Alpha Phi can be just as much exciting as it is overwhelming. The ladies of Alpha Phi run a new member program that provides assistance to new members with their transition into Alpha Phi, academically and socially, while learning the ins and outs of Alpha Phi. Through this program, each new member is given a "Big", otherwise known as a Big Sister, to guide them through this new stage of their life! This program not only develops spectacular ladies of Alpha Phi, but also exceptional young women that contribute greatly to the global community!
