The whirlwind of going through Recruitment, running to the Phi Hive on bid day and then joining Alpha Phi can be just as much exciting as it is overwhelming . Alpha Phi provides a new member progrm led by older sisters in the house to help welcome them home, answer any questions/ concerns they may have and help them learn more about what Alpha Phi is all about! Also, each member is given a Big Sister to help guide them through this new stage of their life and be their go- to person while they are still experiencing new and excting things throughout this journey.
