One of the exciting parts about becoming an Alpha Phi is having the opportunity to form a bond with another sister that is unlike any other. A "Big" serves as guiding mentor throughout your Alpha Phi journey. They help answer any questions you may have, give great advice, take you out for ice cream, and most importantly, are always there for you no matter what. 

 

Each new member receives a big sister during their first semester who serves as a role model, a friend and a mentor to the new member! During the member’s second year, they receive a little sister who they get to be a mentor for.
